While Rick believes that the current board and management are doing a good job, he believes that we have gone a bit too far in making mosquito control a government responsibility. He would like to implement more public education and ensure that the public has more responsibility for control. He would also like to see more environmental programs using bio controls rather than having a constant spraying mentality.
